What is your top priority as Board Member?
My primary focus is ensuring the long-term viability of independent pharmacies by advocating for fair PBM practices and finding innovative ways to diversify revenue streams for our members.

Our greatest challenge is continuing to find ways to add value for our members. In an ever-changing industry, we must remain constant in providing the resources, advocacy, and support that allow independent pharmacies to thrive.

How Do You Feel About Your Son, Josh, Following in Your Footsteps?
It’s an incredible source of pride. Seeing Josh embrace the pharmacy profession with the same passion for patient care that I have makes me confident in the future of our industry. It’s a legacy I’m honored to share with him.
In His Personal Life
What does a perfect weekend look like for you?
It’s a balance of recreation and family. A perfect Saturday starts with a round of golf, while Sunday afternoon is reserved for quality time with my wife, our kids, and our 12 grandkids. There’s nothing better than having everyone together!
What is something people are usually surprised to learn about you?
Outside of the pharmacy world, I actually own a fudge and ice cream shop. It’s a completely different kind of "dispensing" than what goes on in the pharmacy, but it’s just as rewarding to see the smiles it brings to the community!
Do you have any hidden talents or fun facts you’d like to share?
I’ve always had a passion for music and used to host karaoke in my younger days; I even have two CDs in circulation! I’m also an avid bowler with 13 perfect 300 games.
